80/10/10

80/10/10 First mortgage 80% is of sales price and there is a second mortgage for the additional 10% so the amount borrowed is 90% of the sales price This loan is only eligible through the bank's automated underwriting system Mortgage insurance is NOT required (normally required on all loans over 80% of purchase price) Eligible properties include one unit primary residences 680 credit score required for all borrowers - no exceptions Maximum of two owner occupied borrowers No maximum debt ratios if loan is approved by automated underwriting program. This product is for 2 loans. The first mortgage is 80% of the sales price and a second mortgage for the remaining 10%. The rates for each loan are different. Maximum Amount: $450,700
